Olivia is a highly skilled researcher with a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bath. She has worked on many of our high-profile studies for the BBC, Ofcom and Essex County Council. Olivia has a particular interest in media research and has contributed to many of our projects around changing trends in digital media use and its impacts on individuals – notably, children and young people. For example, she has led projects for the Children’s Commissioner, BBFC, DCMS, the ICO, as well as our internal ‘Through the Looking Glass’ project, exploring the impact and potential harms involved in young people’s smartphone use.
