Our sister company Together is looking for a talented, enthusiastic & engaging  Junior Designer keen to develop a career spanning disciplines and skillsets.
Together and Revealing Reality work very closely with each other, Revealing Reality is in fact one of Together’s clients and we all share the same office. It’s an exciting time for the business and they are currently looking for a fantastic Graduate / Junior Designer to join their team. Joining initially on a 3-month paid internship, you will play an active role in busy agency life. Still a relatively small agency, means that you get the very best on the job training, supporting and working on live projects alongside everyone on the team.
It’s fair to say that this is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate in terms of industry exposure and the breadth of experienced and skilled people you’ll be working with.
It is ideally suited to recent graduates who are exceptional students eager to make connections during their continuing studies, or candidates with up to one year’s experience. A graphic design or course focused on visual communication is likely to create the best matches for their business.
Together are a fast-growing business and fully committed to their graduate programme, so all being well it is highly likely that the role will be converted into a permanent role after the initial 3-month period.
Working at Together
They have a friendly, open, and collaborative environment. Every day is different, and the work covers a broad spectrum of clients and the challenges they are set. They pride themselves on their ability to deliver excellent and exciting work because of the committed and open-minded employees willing to create new approaches and deliver beyond client expectations. Demonstrating the ability to grasp new skills quickly and show initiative is always recognised and rewarded.
Together work hard to balance their commitment to work with a commitment to looking after their people: from morning yoga to frequent socials, table tennis to lunches. Everything they do socially is designed to be fun and inclusive.
More about the role
They are currently looking to expand their team of designers and developers, finding new talent to expand the broad skill set for their loyal client base. To achieve this, they have a commitment to offering valuable paid internships to ambitious and talented graduates with the aim that they can join the team permanently. They offer a competitive salary and a supportive environment where people can thrive.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to support the project teams to deliver projects getting to experience the demands and rewards of agency life first-hand. Together is committed to rewarding all their staff with pay that reflects the responsibilities they are asked to undertake.
Your specific duties will include:
  • Collecting and documenting project research (client landscape, visual language & tone of voice) for live and prospective projects
  • Concept exploration and idea generation across projects
  • Producing design solutions across a range of projects for print and digital
  • Building an understanding of high-quality typesetting
  • Managing client corrections and change
  • Creating presentation structures and written content
  • Maintaining our internal and client resources
  • Contributing designs and content to our online sketchbook and internal tools
  • Supporting existing team members with ongoing project work – including asset production & artworking
  • Inclusion in client meetings
  • Generally speaking, the more capability people demonstrate the more freedom we afford/reward them with over time.
  • We are looking for candidates who can start immediately but offer flexibility for the right candidate.
