Graphics & design

To engage stakeholders successfully in research, it’s imperative to present information as clearly, precisely and engagingly as possible.

Many years ago, we realised that no amount of PowerPoint expertise can compete with the skills of trained designers. As a result, we introduced an in-house graphics team to enhance the accessibility, sophistication and impact of our deliverables.

Outputs range from infographics that visualise the significance of, and relationships between, different sets of data; through to visually rich, multi-layered pen portraits, case studies and customer journey maps, plus bespoke artwork that brings colour and life to longer-form reports – significantly enhancing their chances of being read and remembered.

Fully embedded within project teams, our designers play a key role in helping to structure thinking – identifying patterns and relationships, challenging inconsistencies, and working with researchers to find the best way of visualising key findings and opportunities.
